Being a nerd:
If you put in a lot of effort, you can probably make an analogy with this and me beginning to play "halflife", because its like the halflife of Senior year. But I currently lack the scientific knowledge and motivation to continue to elaborate on that metaphor. In any case I started playing Halflife 1 for some reason. Actually at this point (June 26), I have still yet to complete the game. I tend to play through games (and watch shows etc.) really slowly, but thoroughly enjoy what media I do consume. Its an interesting experience. Because its a rather old game, you can't really think of things too realistically when playing. I feel like I'm figuring out abstract puzzles, when indeed it was once considered pretty high end realistic etc. And I typically just suck at FPS games in general. In any case, even playing on normal is pretty challenging for me (its easy to get lost in this game, that's probably harder than the fighting), but thoroughly enjoying the game, and will probably very slowly play through Halflife 2 and the sequels once I complete this game.

I read the manga Uzumaki (Junji Ito). Just in time too, because now I see that it has been removed from One Manga. Spirals! Spirals! If anyone here has read this they know what I'm talking about. This manga partially inspired my Biology end of the year project on the Fibonacci sequence and the golden ratio.
Like I said, spirals!

Other interesting things:
In Spanish class, we had to write a letter to ourselves that would be sent years in the future, like some of us did in Mrs. Prell's class at Pioneer Middle School. Starcraft and Chipotle with Jesse and company. Panera with Matt. Currently reading through the tutorial in ruby pickaxe. Wow I'm starting to sound like I just play games and do nerd things all day haha. Well to end all that stuff, here is a statistics joke I might have posted earlier or somewhere else:
Why do you not need to bring extra batteries to the AP Statistics exam?
Because if you need more power, just raise alpha.
