Patterns, Observations, etc. :

Jimmy Luo and myself pride ourselves as the leading (and only?) Danelologists. Here are some of my own observations regarding the nebulous status messages and riddles of Danel Dumett.

Danel revealed to me "Algae in a bottle" is a metaphor for himself. He later evolved it into some meaning of the "Algae becoming a tree". Danel statuses are most always universally applicable, though relate most directly to Danel's own life. An example of this is the status "Danel", in which the "i" is omitted (Dan(i)el).

Midway through typing this I noticed a recurring "only a little gone". I think that I could have omitted this status, as it may simply be a "brb" message for the rest of us, only said in a bit more Danel manner.

Danel foreshadowed to me that he already had a series of statuses planned and that it was just a matter of time for us observers to see them unfold. We will examine a motif of fire, and try to predict where things are going.

Now Danel revealed to me himself that flames do not have edges.
We see "Ash Remains" and "A Phoenix's Test" following statuses referring to burning and the sun. Is Danel to imply he did a sort of dying and is now to do a sort of attempting to be reborn? We shall see.

Throughout all these statuses are ideas concerning the value of self/the individual. Things to think about... I wonder where this will go.
