Winter Break! Matt visited back from USC, and it is like back-in-the-day. Biking to Albertsons in the morning, making Christmas cards, being able to sleep in a bit... a pretty relaxing, but not uneventful break.

Week: December 28 - January 3

Winter break continues. On Monday, with Tiffany Guo's BHS Talent Group, I played guitar at Lakeview Senior center. I made a lot of mistakes and stuff, but I think everybody had a good time, and that's what we were there for. Someone had a recorded video of it somewhere that was on my facebook wall, but I can't seem to locate it. Oh well!
With family, I watched Sherlock Holmes. Very well done. 2 hours of clever-clever! While we were waiting for it to start (our movie time got delayed a few hours) I read Voltaire's Candide in Barnes and Nobles. Quite memorable. Quintessential work of satire.

School is back in session, and homework has once again returned to me. Saturday was winter formal! Overall really fun :) I didn't get to finish my vegetables though. But I got icecream... ;D
